Depending on the function, tablecloths, table centres and black chair covers are available at a small cost and the Club will set up however you want the tables etc.

The venue is hired until 12.00 midnight. We have an iPod dock for music and quite a good area for dancing.

$100 deposit is required to confirm the booking – this is taken off the hall hire amount. This should be done as soon as possible to ensure the date chosen. You are required to complete a Hall Hire Agreement prior to the event.

Catered or Self Catered Functions

When booking Club Room please advise type of function, time and approximate number of guest:

  • $120 Member hall hire
  • $240 Non-member hall hire
  • $100 Deposit, deducted from hall hire
  • $240 Bond – returned by cheque following inspection by maintenance staff

A guest list must be provided to the Bar on the day of function

If you have 100+ guests, you will need to provide licensed security – this can be arranged by the Club if you so desire.

Self-Catering means just that, you will need to provide the following:

  • Food
  • Plates, paper or plastic
  • Cutlery
  • All serving platters
  • Serviettes
  • All condiments such as sauces, salt & pepper etc.
  • Tea, coffee, sugar and milk
  • Anything else that you may need

We will provide the following:

  • Cups and saucers, serving utensils
  • Bain marie, pie warmers and hot plates only (oven, deep fryer and dishwasher not available)
  • Drinks available at Bar for reasonable prices

NO confetti/scatters/sparklers or similar items in or around Club House. No tape on the ceiling.

Please leave the kitchen and function room in the same condition as you found it.

Security is usually between: 7:30 to 12:30 (Approximately 5 hours)

Up to 150 people you will need 2 x security persons.

Over 150 depending on golf club discretion may need 3 x security persons.

Rate: $60 per hour for 2 persons, $30 per hour additional persons (Subject to change, please check)

  • 2 security for 5 hours = $300.00 (4 hours $240.00)
  • 3 security for 5 hours = $450.00

We can arrange the security for you, the cost for security must be paid prior to function.
